Jharkhand E-Pass आज से 27 मई तक झारखंड में लॉकडाउन सख्‍ती के साथ प्रभावी रहेगा। राज्य में रविवार से लेकर 27 मई की सुबह तक आवागमन के लिए सभी प्रकार के निजी वाहनों को ई-पास लेना होगा। सरकार एक बार में 27 मई तक ई-पास जारी कर रही है।

झारखंड में रविवार से लेकर 27 मई की सुबह तक लॉकडाउन में सख्ती के बीच आवागमन के लिए सभी प्रकार के निजी वाहनों को पास की आवश्यकता होगी और इस पास की वैधता कई क्षेत्रों के कामगारों के लिए दोपहर के तीन बजे तक ही है। खासकर उन लोगों के लिए जिनके उपक्रम को दो बजे तक बंद कर लेने को कहा गया है। दूसरी ओर, आवागमन, शादी-विवाह, अंतिम संस्कार जैसे कार्यों के लिए लिया गया पास एक दिन के लिए मान्य होंगे। जिन कार्यों और उद्योगों को खुले रहने की अनुमति दी गई है वहां नियमित रूप से आनेजाने वाले कर्मियों के लिए एक बार में 27 मई तक का पास बन सकेगा। राज्य सरकार कुल सात प्रकार के कार्यों के लिए पास जारी कर रही है। कृषि कार्य, स्वास्थ्य, फल एवं खाद्यान्न, निर्माण, मैन्युफैक्चरिंग, शादी एवं अंतिम संस्कार के लिए पास जारी किया जा रहा है।

सभी सरकारी व निजी अस्पताल में कार्यरत सभी तरह के कर्मियों, मेडिकल हॉल के संचालकों, उसमें काम करनेवाले कर्मियों, ऑक्सीजन के निर्माण और आपूर्ति एवं परिवहन से संबंधित कर्मियों के लिए पास की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। इनके लिए संस्थान प्रमुख की ओर से निर्गत पहचान पत्र ही ई-पास का काम करेगा।

राज्य सरकार चार तरह की यात्राओं के लिए पास निर्गत कर रही है। इनमें राज्य के बाहर जाने के लिए, जिले के बाहर लेकिन राज्य के अंदर जाने के लिए, जिले की सीमा के अंदर आवागमन के लिए और झारखंड के अंदर आने के लिए।

Jharkhand Lockdown: Govt extends lockdown-like curbs till May 27; here’s what’s allowed and what’s not

Amid the second wave when the deadly coronavirus continues to wreak havoc across the country, the Jharkhand government on Wednesday night decided to extend the already imposed lockdown in the state till May 27 to stem the further growth of the COVID-19. As per the new restrictions with stricter provisions announced by the government, it is mandatory for anyone visiting the state to undergo a 7-day institutional quarantine.

Apart from this, the cap on people attending weddings has been fixed at 11, lower from earlier 50 persons with a provision that marriages can be conducted either at homes or at courts. The restrictions, first imposed on April 22 were enlarged till May 13 and now stand further extended till May 27 with harsh provisions.

The decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of th State Disaster Management Authority, chaired by Chief Minister Hemant Soren Jharkhand, facing the deadly second wave of COVID-19 Wednesday reported 103 more coronavirus deaths, raising the toll to 4,085 with maximum fatalities being reported from the state capital Ranchi (36), followed by East Singhbhum (14) and Dhanbad (10). The state’s COVID cases have climbed to 2,96,895 with 4,365 fresh cases. The mineral-rich state now has 54,533 active cases and 2,38,277 people have recovered from the disease so far.

The new restrictions include mandatory 7 days home or institutional quarantine for people visiting the state barring those who will leave the state within 72 hours.

Operations of inter-state and intra-state buses have been suspended while private vehicles will have to obtain e passes for plying.

The number of people attending weddings has been fixed at 11, down from earlier 50 people with a provision that marriages can be conducted either at home or at courts. Organising any ceremony during weddings will be prohibited.

Under the stricter provisions, social distancing norms will be implemented strictly. The state has already prohibited all indoor an outdoor congregations of more than five persons.

All education centres and coaching institutions were closed and all examinations postponed.

Cinema halls, Multiplexes, Stadiums, gymnasiums swimming pools and parks, among others, had also been closed in the state.

Schools to become smart in Jharkhand, IT lab along with projector

It is planned to make government schools smart and set up IT labs in schools in Jharkhand. For this, a budget has been demanded from the Central Government.

A plan has been prepared by the state government to set up IT labs in schools and install projectors. In addition, new residential schools will also be opened in the state. In this regard, a proposal has been prepared by the state education department and sent to the central government.

According to various media reports and news published in Live Hindustan.com, smart class will be made in 1228 government schools of the state. At the same time, ICT labs will be set up in 1000 government schools. Along with this, five new residential schools will also be opened. Vocational courses will also be taught in 44 government schools of the state.
It is planned to set up IT labs in 31 intermediate schools, 358 high schools and 611 middle schools in the state. A lab of 10-10 computers will be built in these schools. At the same time, online live education will also be arranged in smartly built schools.

The state government has demanded Rs 3241 crore from the central government for holistic education. According to various media reports, an online meeting of the PAB is to be held on May 28, on which the proposal for the overall education of the state can be approved by the central government.

PM Modi asks states to report cases, deaths transparently during high-level Covid meet

PM Narendra Modi held a high-level meeting today on the Covid-related situation and vaccination status in the country. Emphasising the need for localised containment strategies, the Prime Minister said healthcare resources should be utilised to focus on door to door testing in rural areas.

States with high positivity rates in districts must report Covid-19 numbers transparently, PM Modi said during the virtual meeting. Doing so will not “show adversely on their efforts”, he added.

The Prime Minister directed officials to chalk out a plan for the distribution of liquid medical oxygen (LMO) to rural areas. A statement from the PMO said PM Modi also stressed the need for necessary training for healthcare workers in dealing with medical devices.

ASHA and anganwadi workers must be empowered, said the Prime Minister.

He also instructed officials to scale up testing in districts with high positivity rates

Taking note of reports of ventilators lying unused in hospitals in parts of the country, PM Modi asked officials to conduct an immediate audit of the installation and operation of ventilators. Refresher training for properly operating ventilators should be provided to healthcare workers, he added.

कोरोना का कहर, BSNL SDEO के परिवार ने 15 दिन में चार सदस्यों को खोया

कोरोना संक्रमण ने लोहरदगा में एक परिवार को तोड़कर रख दिया। परिवार के सदस्य एक-एक कर साथ छोड़ कर चले गए। लोहरदगा में भारत संचार निगम लिमिटेड कार्यालय के एसडीईओ आशीष तिर्की का परिवार आज बिखर चुका है। विगत 15 दिन पहले आशीष तिर्की की सास का निधन हो गया था। आशीष तिर्की का ससुराल रांची में है। परिवार के सदस्य अंतिम संस्कार में शामिल हुए थे। इसके बाद विगत 31 अप्रैल 2021 को कोरोना संक्रमण की चपेट में आने से लोहरदगा के कुटमू गांव निवासी आशीष तिर्की की मौत हो गई।

अभी परिवार संभल भी नहीं पाया था कि विगत सात मई 2021 को आशीष तिर्की के ससुर की मौत भी कोरोना संक्रमण से हो गई। परिवार जैसे टूट सा गया। सदमे में परिवार का हर सदस्य चला गया। घर में अभिभावक के नाम पर सिर्फ आशीष तिर्की के पिता शंकर उरांव ही थे। शंकर उरांव हिंडाल्‍को कंपनी से रिटायर्ड कर्मी थे। कोरोना ने उन्हें भी नहीं छोड़ा। विगत दिन वह कोरोना से संक्रमित हुए थे। इसके बाद उन्हें इलाज के लिए एक निजी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया। यहां पर इलाज के दौरान विगत रात शंकर उरांव की भी मौत हो गई।

14 मई से झारखंड में 18+ कोरोना वैक्‍सीन…

Covid 19 Vaccine Slots राज्य में 18 से 44 वर्ष के लोगों के टीकाकरण पर सोमवार को मुख्‍यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने एलान किया है। टीकाकरण 14 मई से शुरू होगा, इसकी घोषणा कर दी गई है। कोरोना टीकाकरण की सारी तैयारियां पूरी कर ली गई हैं। इस आयु वर्ग के लाेगों के टीकाकरण के लिए राज्य को अभी तक वैक्सीन की 2.44 लाख डोज मिली है। इनमें 1.34 लाख कोवैक्सीन तथा 1.10 लाख कोविशील्ड की डोज शामिल है।

बताया गया है कि शुरू में राज्य के उन छह जिले में कोरोना टीकाकरण शुरू होगा, जहां अधिक कोरोना संक्रमण है। इनमें, रांची, पूर्वी सिंहभूम, धनबाद, हजारीबाग, दुमका, बोकारो शामिल हैं। पहले इस आयु वर्ग के लोगों का कोरोना टीकाकरण एक मई से शुरू होना था, लेकिन कंपनियों द्वारा वैक्सीन उपलब्ध कराने में असमर्थता के कारण इसे स्थगित करना पड़ा।

इस आयु वर्ग के टीकाकरण के लिए वैक्सीन राज्य सरकार को खुद कंपनियों से खरीदनी है। राज्य सरकार ने इसके लिए सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट तथा भारत बायोटेक को 25-25 लाख डोज वैक्सीन का आर्डर दिया है। राज्य सरकार ने इस आयु वर्ग के लोगों के टीकाकरण के लिए 250 करोड़ रुपये की मंजूरी राज्य आकस्मिकता निधि से दी है।
